INFIRMARY
This project focused on designing an infirmary management app that gives staff a real-time, comprehensive view of the facility’s infirmary layout. The app allows users to quickly see room and bed availability, as well as which patients are assigned to each room at any given time.
Users: Clinical staff, administrators, and operations teams
Core Functionality: Live bed occupancy, room assignments, patient location tracking
Goal: Reduce manual coordination, prevent overcrowding, and improve response time and operational efficiency
The solution improved situational awareness, enabled faster patient placement decisions, and supported smoother day-to-day infirmary operations.
